Function works really well. Easy to setup and use. Major issue is in the scheduling (which is the main reason I bought them). Often times after setting another parameter in the schedule the app will reset all the previous schedules to match the new one. An obvious and major bug... Hope its fixed soon.

I love the simplicity. This is a super little app. But I hate needing to adjust it multiple times a year to accommodate seasonal time shifts. Or maybe I just hate that I cannot find that function.

Super easy to use but as w other comment no iPad support means the switch is of much lower value.

Good app but it needs a better localization for italian.

I cannot set the energy price to €0.07 because it gets rounded to €0.1

Very functional app for a nicely thought through smart plug that is fairly flexible. A few things they could improve (like not removing all your selected days when editing a timer schedule input) but overall is very good.

Great little app to accompany a really nice switch. Simple to use and works well. Only thing I would like to see is a today widget, so you could quickly access switches. Overall, great accompanying app...a good app is 75% of a product like this.

Switch was quick and easy to configure. App is super simple, which is the perfect choice. Too many bells and whistles would be counterproductive. Great combination of device and app. I plan to buy two more switches.

This app is so poorly done & buggy that I think will return the NEO PRO switch I bought from AMAZON. 1. It doesnt save count down timer setting, so you need to reprogram count down every single time. 2. You can only program a single schedule & all subsequent attempts will overwrite the 1st program, but will be listed as a separate program, 3. There is no way to remove a schedule program, 4. Count down timer display doesnt count down ... You have to manually refresh screen to see updated count down ... and this is just the beginning. The device HW seems ok, but please hire someone who had graduated from high school to program your app ... Youll get many returns because of the quality of your app. I know your problem is software because Im an engineer. Many other people will think they have a faulty device.

Works amazingly well! Easier access would be my only suggestion, perhaps through a widget or an apple watch extension. Great job developers :)

The app is good overall, nice and simple and easy to use. There’s just one flaw, which is in the editing of schedules etc. This doesn’t work at all well, you basically can’t edit any existing schedule items, because they all get set to the same times. You can get around this by just disabling some of the existing ones and adding new ones, but it gets pretty annoying, so be careful when you add a schedule. Hopefully they will fix this very obvious bug, and allow for deleting of scheduled times too.

This app is a great start! But it could do so much more. I would really like to see the app do count downs of less than one minute. :)

This app has a few bugs. The most annoying is the schedule on/off switch randomly turns itself off. Its unreliable as a timer. Time settings just show dashes and not set time.

As mentioned on here issues with schedule edits. Also a flaw in daylight savings updating properly. Would be nice if they push out an update on these and maybe HomeKit integration? Then it would be 5 stars

Horrible software no update for a year and full of bugs. After I posted the above post, they updated app but fixed none of the errors. Just updated the app so it would update the date.

Very buggy. You can’t delete a schedule. If you change one schedule, sometimes other schedules change. Tried the workaround others suggested with no luck.

Scheduling is ugly and not intuitive. No updates for an entire year. Not iPad friendly. Seems like it would not be hard to make this app a whole lot better.

Bought 4 and a few days later returned them all. Manual works fine. Automatic settings stink and dont work.
